Ok, woke up early this morning and wanted... no, needed to draw. This is another one for Lee, the Batfan... the Mad Hatter.I've kind of got a theme idea going for all the villains he requested... coming up... Man Bat, Rah's, Ventriloquist, Penguin, Clayface and more...
I like the Mad Hatter. He's one of my favorite looking Batman villains.
