Ok, so maybe my 100 sketches in 101 days is going to be a bust (30 days in and I have only done 5 sketches... ugh, I know... stupid artist).  I have had so many things happening latley that I have not had the time to do as much drawing as I wanted to but that will hopefully change...

Anyway, this is the first commission request for the Comic Geek Speak Super Show in Reading, PA in April.

Even though these are 4 separate sketches, I am counting them as 1.

Damn you Avery Butterworth... he got me back into doing sketch cards by showing me the FANTASTIC painted cards you did for the show... damn you!

I also switched to Illustration Board cards instead of those flimsy sketch cards... they are 4x thicker and hold up to almost every tool I use, especially gray wash and water colors.

March 10, 2012... Nightcrawler

This was my submission to Nightcrawler week over at Illustrious Bits.  I missed last week (Harley Quinn week) and really wanted to make sure I got this one done.

I loooove the rain/lightning (white out pen) effect.  I also did something else different with this one... its on 9x6 in stead of my standard 9x12.
