Almost done with all my Super Show commission list so I am working on a few of my other commissions.This is one from last year that I am just now getting to.... Judge Death.

Aurthur gets the gun... Topo gets the mustache
This was a request for the 2011 Comic Geek Speak Super Show. The request was for AQUAMAN and his sidekick TOPO (the Octopus) but done as 70's Cops like from the Beastie Boy's Sabotage Music Video. Originally, I classified this as a "Stupid" request. I hate those kinds (like Captain America sitting on a couch with the Red Skull sharing a bong) but something about it got my attention. Not sure what it was... but I gave it a try.
I liked how this one came out.
The request was also for a full color sketch but I really really really don't want to do that. My coloring skills suck and I spent a lot of time on this one and coloring it will only KILL it.
I got stuck on the couch with a dog and a pen and just went crazy on this one.

BABYDOLL from Sucker Punch
Did this one this weekend after seeing the movie.As "eye candy" goes, it was pretty entertaining. As far as story, plot and characters.... um... no comment.... but the pictures were pretty.

PS, this one was done for just me and I'm not sure (yet) what will happen with the original. I may make this into a print for cons this year and next and may put the original on eBay sometime later.... we'll see.

a little idea i am working on for the CGS Super Show
i picked up a pad of 6x6 bristol paper a while ago and just came up with an idea to use them. i will be doing full color "portraits" of new and older sketches, maybe just a few of my favorites, and take them to the CGS Super Show. Most likely selling them for $5.more coming soon...

WHITE LANTERN SILVER SURFER.This one doesn't really qualify as a "Lantern" character. It's more like Silver Surfer with a ring, he he he.
I really liked the back ground affect here with the Kirby Krackles in black and white.

a little "making of" Red Lantern Moon Knight
I ditched the red moon thingy's for the final version. I liked them but the pose did not make them fit. Maybe next time.
RED LANTERN MOON KNIGHT
Another commission for the CGS Super Show.Red Lantern Moon Knight.
The request was for the "Vengeance of Moon Knight" version, whom, I found had more of a body armor type of costume. Took that and ran with it.
Also, I wanted to show the "foaming" mouth but the character wears a full hood over his face so I did a "scarecrow" type of mask. i think it makes him even scarier.

WHITE LANTERN ANTI-VENOM
OK, this one was a little tricky. The character of ANTI-VENOM is already black and white but to then add the WHITE LANTERN aspects to the character...hope it works.
